Chef Jacques is a Shaw University and Johnson & Wales University graduate with 30 plus years’ experience in the Food Service Industry.  

He brings to this area the Lowcountry, Geechee Gullah Cuisine as it is found in Charleston, Beaufort/Hilton Head, S.C. and Savannah, GA. with a fusion of Cajun/Creole.

  • “706” specializes in servicing groups ranging from 15 to 300, frequently servicing groups of 300 to 1500 with a record of success.
     

  • We provide services for Corporate – Brunch, Lunch and Dinner, Weddings, Banquet Buffets with Servers, Plate-up Service, Boxed Meals (Hot & Cold), Family Weekly Meals, Church-wide Events (Anniversaries & Repasts), Cook-out/BBQ’s, Family Reunions, Themed Parties, Social Events and more...​

 

  • Our staff includes professionally trained Chefs and appropriate support kitchen staff to include Banquet Captain(s), Waiters and Bus Persons.

 

  • Experienced and equipped to provide food service at a location with limited food service   facilities to outdoor events with little or no food service facilities available.

 

  • We prepare food in a Commercial Kitchen; however, when needed, we have the capability to set up a mobile kitchen for preparation and staging.
